天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游发展模式创新研究

Tourism development strategy innovation in the southern slope region of the Tianshan Mt. Tomur

天山托木尔峰南坡地区主要包括阿克苏地区和阿拉尔市,该区旅游资源丰富,资源禀赋呈现出自然遗产属性,但缺乏统领旅游资源的宏观框架,旅游产业发展缓慢,结构失衡,自然生态环境脆弱性和不确定性也给旅游发展提出了挑战。通过对天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游资源的实地普查,对其旅游资源进行定性评价。基于历年阿克苏地区和阿拉尔市国民经济与社会发展统计公报、年鉴和实地调研数据,分析了该区旅游产业基础和存在的问题。基于历史文献和实地调研对该区自然环境基础进行了剖析。基于资源基础、旅游产业基础及自然环境基础,认为国家公园模式是契合天山托木尔峰南坡地区旅游发展需要的理想模式,提出了创建"天山托木尔峰国家公园"的战略方针。

The southern slope region of the Tianshan Mt.Tomur mainly includes Aksu prefecture and Alaer city,this region has abundant tourism resources,and the resource endowments show the properties of the natural heritage,but it is lack of macro framework to command the tourism resources.This region＇s tourism industry develop is slow and it＇s structure loses the balance,the vulnerability and uncertainty of natural ecological environment also present a challenge to the tourism development.In the paper we evaluated qualitatively tourism resource based on census field of tourism resource in the southern slope region of the Tianshan Mt.Tomur,analyzed this region＇ s tourism industry foundation and problems based on calendar year statistics and census field data,analyzed this region＇s natural environment foundation based on historical documents and census field data.It is considered that the National Park model is the ideal model fit the needs of tourism development of the southern slope region of the Tianshan Mt.Tomur based on the resource foundation,tourism industry foundation and natural environment foundation.Strategic approach was proposed to create ＂ Tianshan Mt.Tomur National Park＂.
