摘要
干旱缺水是影响我国农业生产的主要制约因素,提高农户农业节水技术采用水平是应对干旱的重要措施之一。文中依据对山东省17市333个农户的实际调查数据,采用Logistic模型从5个方面揭示了影响农户农业节水技术采用差异的因素。结果表明:干旱地区农户普遍认识到节水技术对稳定农业生产的重要作用,但不同农户对不同类型的节水技术采用水平差异显著,51.04%的农户采用喷滴微灌技术。影响农户采用差异的关键因素是水资源短缺程度、户主文化水平、农用水价、灌溉费用及地势特征。说明在水资源短缺和土地特征的刚性约束下,农用水管理制度及农业节水技术的适用性和便利性是影响农户实际差异的因素。
Drought and water shortage are the main constraints that affect agricultural production in China.It is one of the important measures to cope with drought by improving the farmers adoption level of agricultural water saving technology.Based on actual survey data of 333 farmers in 17 cities in Shandong Province,the research revealed the factors affecting farmers agricultural water-saving technology adoption by using logistic model.The results show that farmers in the arid regions generally recognize the important role of water-saving technologies to stabilize agricultural production,but the differences of water saving techniques adoption among farmers were significantly different,and 51.04% of rural households used the spray drip micro-irrigation.The key factors that influenced farmers to adopt different techniques is the degree of water shortage,the household cultural level,agricultural water prices,irrigation costs,and terrain characteristics.The rigid constraints of the shortage of water resources and land characteristics,the suitability of agricultural water management systems,and the convenience of agricultural water-saving techniques affected the farmer's adopting of different techniques.
