摘要
随着城市化进程的发展,乡村经济和文化逐渐被边缘化,乡村教育面临很多挑战,乡村教师的处境也更加艰难。在一项公益培训中,97位乡村小学教师表达了他们在职业和工作中遇到的问题和困难。他们在倦怠之中的坚守,反映了乡村教师尴尬的职业境遇和渴望得到关注的心情。乡村教师需要更多的激励和支持,其主体性的发挥将为乡村教育注入活力。
The urbanization makes the rural economy and culture marginalized. The rural education is faced with challenges, and rural teachers with difficulties. This research shows a survey by a questionnaire and interviews. The 97 rural teachers all feel bored, but they choose to stay with their teaching in rural schools. Result shows that supportive works are important for the rural teachers to develop their sense andpride of career.
