摘要
2012年国务院《关于规范农村义务教育学校布局调整的意见》的颁布,标志着我国农村学校撤点并校工作进入"后撤点并校时代"。反思这次大规模撤点并校工作对农村文化的消极影响,认为"后撤点并校时代"农村学校应该也能够对农村文化困境的突围有所担当,即通过科学、稳妥地恢复或重建一批农村学校,为农村文化立魂;培育为全体农村儿童服务的学校文化,接续农村文化发展的血脉;加强学校与家庭、社区的互动,有效促进农村文化的活化,为农村文化的发展尽教育的一份力。
In 2012, the State Council of China issues the restoration of responsibilities of rural schools for compulsory education after dismantling teaching points. This study reviews the negative impacts of the mass dismantling of teaching points, and restoration of the educational responsibilities of the newly com- bined schools, through which the rural spirit or culture is constructed. This serves the rural kids, strengthens inter-school interactions, combines families and communities, and revives the rural education.
