高职大学生性观念及性行为调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Vocational College Students' Sexual Attitude and Behavior

目的了解高职大学生性观念及性行为现状,为高校开展性健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的大学生性观念、性行为及相关知识调查表,对铜陵市某高职院校2061名大学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查大学生中有46.6%的人有过恋爱经历,在有恋爱经历大学生中有15.7%的人发生过性行为,其中男生报告发生率高于女生;有70%以上的大学生对婚前性行为持宽容态度,男生对婚前性行为的态度比女生开放。在发生过性行为的学生中,意外怀孕者有5.25%。结论高职大学生对婚前性行为表示认可的比例较高;不安全性行为使其有面临意外怀孕的危险。高校应加强大学生的性道德和性安全知识教育。

Objective To understand the sexual attitude and sexual behavior among Vocational college students,aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the sexual health education in colleges and universities. Methods Questionnaire survey was performed in 2061 college students in a higher vocational colleges in Tongling city by using self-designed questionnaire on sexual concept,sexual behaviour and related knowledge. Results Among the college students surveyed,46. 6% of them declared had love experience,15. 7% of them experienced premarital sexual behaviour,and more boys experienced premarital sexual behaviour. More than 70% of college students hold a tolerant attitude to premarital sexual behavior, boys performed more open on premarital sexualbehaviour than girls. 5. 25% of the premarital sexualbehaviour lead to unexpected pregnancies. Conclusions The proportion that the vocational college students approve premarital sex was high. Unsafe sexual behaviourwas the risk factor of unexpected pregnancy. Colleges and universities should strengthen the education on sexual morality and knowledge of safe sex.
