原子吸收法测定茶叶中微量的铅,锌,锰含量

摘要 目的测定茉莉花茶、绿茶、铁观音3种茶叶中3种微量元素的含量。方法通过湿式消解法一次性处理样品,用火焰原子吸收法测定铅、锌、锰微量元素含量。结果实验结果表明,各元素标准曲线线性好,铅,锌,锰定量曲线的相关系数值在0.9980~1.0000范围内,相对标准偏差为0.97%-2.76%。其中绿茶的锌含量最高,为85.58mg/kg,茉莉花茶叶与铁观音茶叶的铅含量超标,分别为3.58mg/kg和1.73mg/kg。结论该实验方法简单、便捷,有较高的准确度和精密度。 Objective Determination of three trace element Jasmine Tea, Green Tea, and Tieguanyin tea. Methods The wet digestion method one - time processing samples, determination of lead, zinc, manganese and trace element content by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Results The experimental results show that, the element standard curve is linear, lead, zinc, manganese and quantitative curve correlation coefficient in the range of 0. 998 0 - 1. 000 00, the relative standard deviation is 0. 96 -4. 09%. The zinc content Green Tea maximum, 85.58 mg/kg, exceed the standard lead content of jasmine tea and Tieguanyin tea, respectively 3.58 mg/kg and 1.73 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, accurate and has a high degree of precision.
