摘要
高技术局部战争已成为未来战争的重要作战样式,为了应对千变万化的战场形势,需要对战时航空技术装备使用做出科学合理的规划.在用马尔科夫随机过程对航空技术装备使用的实际过程进行分析的基础上,建立了局部武装冲突中战时航空技术装备的使用模型,并对航空技术装备的准备和战斗利用情况进行了分析,增强了战时航空技术装备使用的计划性和针对性,有利于更大限度地发挥各种航空技术装备的整体优势,为保障和作战预案的制定以及指挥决策提供更加科学有力的理论支持.
The high technic local war has been the main type of the future operation,to deal with the protean field situation, need to make scientific and reasonable planning for aerospace technology equipment used in wartime. With Markov stochastic process to analyze the practical application process of aviation technology equipment, on the basis of which, have established the application model of aviation technology equipment in wartime in local armed conflict, and analyze the preparation and combat utilization of aviation technology equipment, enhance the planning and pertinence of the aviation technology equipment used in wartime, which favours all sorts of aviation technology equipments to play overall superiority in maximum degree, to provide more scientific and strong theoretical support to make the prescient project for maintenance and battle and command decisions.
