Casting Process Design and Production Practice of the Forming Die for Military Special Car 12.5 Meters Longn Seal Plate

阐述了12.5 m纵梁封板成型模具的性能及质量要求,通过对纵梁封板成型模具铸件的结构分析,针对其长度特别长、尺寸控制难、易产生变形、热节点较多、造型操作复杂等特点,确定铸造纵梁封板成型模具的工艺方案、工艺参数、木模结构,以及生产过程中质量控制方法,探索出特长类铸件铸造生产经验,为类似铸件的生产提供借鉴方法。

The performance and quality requirement of military special vehicle longn seal plate forming die wasillustrated in this paper.Through analyzing the structure of the forming die casting, aimed at its size control difficulty,easy to deformation,more hot nodes, more complex molding operation etc., the process scheme, process parameters,wood pattern structure, quality control method in the production were determined.The production experience of casting with extra longth was explored ,which provided reference for the similar castings production.
