铝热自蔓延法在铸钢表面制备高铬铸铁的研究

摘要 采用铝热自蔓延法(SHS),利用铝热剂反应放出的热量融化高铬铸铁,使高铬铸铁能均匀地覆盖在铸件表面,从而达到增加铸件表面耐磨性、硬度的同时提高铸件的韧性。实验结果表明铝热剂自蔓延反应释放的热量是高铬铸铁熔化吸收热量的90%以上时,高铬铸铁和中碳钢结合紧密,高铬铸铁显微组织明显,结合层硬度可达600 N/mm2. By the method of thermit-SHS (self-propagating high-temperature synthesis), the high-chromium iron was melted by the reaction heat of the thermit to coat the surface of the casting,which can increase the hardness,the suface wear resistance and the toughness of castings.The experimental on results showed that when the thermit-SHS heat more than 90% of the high chromium cast iron melting absorption heat, the high-chromium iron and medium carbon steel was well combined, the binding layer hardness was up to 600 N/mm2.
