绿色铸造黏结剂的研究与应用现状

Research and Application Status of Green Binders in Foundry

使用无污染无公害的绿色铸造黏结剂是当前铸造生产的迫切要求,一系列新型的绿色黏结剂在不断的研发中。本文对改性α淀粉、改性动物胶、腈纶水解液、糖浆、聚乙烯醇等绿色黏结剂的成分、性能和使用情况进行了介绍。这些黏结剂来源广泛,价格低廉,制成的砂型、砂芯具有较高的强度,同时具有较好的溃散性和透气性,可用于生产铸铁、铸钢、铸铝等各种合金的铸件。

It is an urgent requirement in the foundry practice that using pollution-free green foundry binders at present.A series of new green binders are developing constantly.In this paper,the composition,performance and service condition of modified a starch, modified gelatin, polyaerylonitrile hydrolyzate, syrup, polyvinyl alcohol and other green binders are introduced.The binders has widely resource and low price.The mould and core made of these binders has high strength,good collapsibility and permeability,which is available for the production of iron, steel and aluminum and other alloy castings.
