东京城市轨道交通发展与土地利用的关联度分析及启示

Analysis of the Correlation Degree between Tokyo Mass Transit Development and Land Use

全面调查分析了东京都内的土地利用情况,以及与之对应的东京都轨道交通线网密度和线路敷设方式。总结得到了东京都不同区域土地利用强度与城市轨道交通线网密度及敷设方式的关系。通过对上海市与东京都城市发展及交通需求的比较研究,借鉴东京城市轨道交通发展的成功经验,提出了上海应在各区域内增加城市轨道交通线路,并在内环以外区域尽可能采用地上线的方式,在内环以外区域大力发展市郊铁路。

Through a survey of the land use,the corresponding rail transit network density and line laying methods in Tokyo metropolitan,the relationship between land use intensity,rail transit network density and route laying modes in different regions is summarized.According to a comparative study of Shanghai and Tokyo,the successful experiences of rail transport development in Tokyo are quoted,some development models for Shanghai rail transit are recommended,such as the ground line construction and suburban railway outside the Inner Ring.
