摘要
基于大型有限元软件ANSYS WORKBENCH,以常用铁路货车车辆轮对为例,详细介绍了轮对疲劳寿命评估的有限元分析方法,得到了轮对在随机载荷谱下的疲劳寿命,并与实测寿命进行了对比。结果表明:轮对疲劳寿命较其设计寿命而言有较大裕量,使用寿命达到设计寿命的轮对,若无损伤,则可用于再制造,以节省资源。
Based on finite elemcnt software ANSYS WORKBENCH,and taking the common wheel set of railway freight cars as an example,the finite element analysis method for fatigue life evaluation of the wheel setis introduced in detail,and the fatigue life of wheel set in random load spcctrumis obtained,then it is compared with the measured one.The results show that the fatigue life of the wheel set is longer compared to the designed life,so if the wheel set has no damage when its service life has achieved the designed service life,it can still be used for remanufacturing to save resources.
