摘要
钢弹簧浮置板整体道床轨道为目前国内降噪减振效果较好的结构设计,但与普通整体道床轨道相比其工艺复杂、工序繁复、工程造价高、施工周期长、质量控制难度大,施工过程中质量通病亦频发,成为地铁工程铺轨施工中的难点及关键部位。介绍了对大连地铁2号线钢弹簧浮置板整体道床轨道的施工技术及质量控制措施。
Currently,the steel spring floating slab track is widely used in urban rail transit all over China,which is considered as a better structural design in reducing engineering noise vibration.But compared with the general whole track bed,this new track also shows complex technology,complicated process,higher cost,longer construction period and difficult quality control,etc.Because of the frequent faults in construction,the steel spring floating slab has become one of the difficult points and key parts in track-laying engineering.Based on Dalian metro Line 2 construction where the steel spring floating slab is adopted,the construction technology and quality control measures are introduced in this paper.
