摘要
为研究红外上转换材料CaS∶Eu ,Sm的光谱性能,搭建了实验平台,对其荧光谱、红外激励发光谱(上转换发光谱)、红外激励谱、荧光余辉衰减曲线、红外激励发光衰减曲线进行了测试。实验结果表明:CaS∶Eu ,Sm可被450~550 nm的光激发,荧光激发波峰位于470 nm ,红外响应波段为800~1600 nm ,红外激励波峰为1200 nm 。
To research the spectral properties of infra-red up-conversion thin film CaS∶Eu ,Sm ,a test system was built .The testing spectra consisted of fluorescence spectrum ,fluorescence excitation spectrum ,infra-red up-conversion spectrum ,et al .The results indicated that the film could be excited by light from 450 nm to 550 nm .The peak of the fluorescence emission spectrum was at 470 nm .The infra-red sensitivity spectrum was in the range from 800 nm to 1 600 nm .And the peak of the infra-red emission spectrum was at 1 200 nm .
