Government Capacity Research in China:A Survey

通过梳理国内学者对政府能力的研究,回顾了国内地方政府能力研究理论的发展脉络,分析了主要研究内容,指出了目前研究的成果和存在的问题。建议该领域的后续研究应在理论基础框架建构的基础上渗入制度分析,并注重对能力发展的研究。

A general survey of government capacity research in China is provided, which recalls the theoretical development context of government capacity research in China, analyses its main contents, and points out the achievement and the existent problems at present. It is suggested that future research in this field should base on theoretical framework, penetrate institutional analysis and pay attention to the study of ability development.
