摘要
深入了解了煤样制备及阻化机理,阐述了阻化煤样的制备流程,提出利用红外分析仪、气相色谱仪等设备来检查煤样的方法。选择以高锰酸钾、双氧水、过硫酸钠为代表的阻化剂对煤样进行处理,并配置同层次的参考煤样,同时采取阶梯式程序升温氧化法和傅里叶红外变换测试方法,分析煤样阻化处理后的红外谱图和实验数据,研究煤样中酸类、活性官能团、亚甲基等成分的变化,分析阻化剂对自燃效果的影响程度。实践证明煤样经过过硫酸钠阻化处理后防自燃效果显著,通过减少相邻羧酸、亚甲基数量来降低CO量,降低煤炭活性,达到防止煤炭自燃的效果。

Choose by potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide, sodium persulfate inhibitor agent to deal with coal sample, and configure the reference sample, at the same level at the same time a step-wise temperature programmed oxidation method and Fourier transform infrared testing methods, the inhibitor for the analysis of coal sample after processing of infrared spectrogram and experimental data, the acid, reactive functional groups in coal samples, the change of the composition such as methylene, impact analysis of the effect of the inhibitor agent of spontaneous combustion. Proved coal sample after sodium persulfate inhibitor for dealing with defence combustion effect significantly, by reducing the number of carboxylic acid and methylene adjacent to reduce CO content, reduce the activity of coal, the effect of preventing coal spontaneous combustion.
