摘要
当前我国大部分矿井的运输系统仍然相当落后,部分煤矿还在延用无极绳、小绞车等多段分散落后的传统运输方式,运输环节多,系统复杂,占用大量设备和人员。同时煤矿运输事故由于受制于技术和设备的先进程度的影响,事故率下降不够明显,且呈上升趋势,严重影响矿井生产效率和煤矿安全生产。首先探讨了煤矿井下输送带运输系统的结构组成与特点,分析了煤矿井下输送带运输系统的结构与主要功能,详细论述了煤矿井下输送带运输系统的自动化过程,然后提出了煤矿井下输送带运输系统自动化的安全保障措施。
