摘要
采用搅拌磨湿法磨矿,在磨矿质量分数为20%,磨矿时间为4 h,搅拌磨转速为200 r/min,矿样与磨矿介质比为1∶4.6,磨矿介质配比为大球(直径5 mm)与小球(直径2 mm)1∶1,分散剂用量为矿样质量0.15%条件下,可获得长径比为1.32,-0.074 mm粒级产率为42.22%的球形石墨产物。
Wet grinding by stirred mill, when the grinding concentration was 20%, grinding time was 4 h, stirring mill speed was 200 r/min, feed ore and grinding media ratio was 1 : 4.6, the ratio of grinding media between the big bails (diameter 5 mm) and the small balls (diameter 2 mm) was 1 : 1, 0.15% dispersant of the feed ore, spherical graphite product with the length to diameter ratio 1.32 and -0.074 mm yield of 42.22% can be obtained.
