摘要
本文设计了一种利用单片微机系统和软件编程控制来产生多种不同元数CCD工作所需的多路驱动逻辑信号的新方法。与通常的CCD驱动电路相比较,不仅硬件电路简单、驱动电源体积减小、价格降低,而且灵敏可靠,能精确按照用户所需的时序要求产生驱动信号,便于后面的CCD输出信息的分析和处理。
This paper has designed a new method which uses a single-chip microcomputer to produce all logic driving signals which can,serve for the different CCD.Compared with common driving circuits, this circuit has many advantages, such as the smaller size, cheaper cost, also, it is more simple, nimble and reliable And especially, the timing of the output logic signals is accurate so that it is convenient to analyze and process the CCD's outputs.
