摘要
为了研究再生粗集料的强度和砂浆附着率对混凝土性能的影响,采用对比试验,以再生粗集料的强度和砂浆附着率为变量配制C50强度等级混凝土,并对C50混凝土的工作性、强度和耐久性进行研究.结果表明,再生粗集料砂浆的附着率对再生粗集料的基本性质影响比较显著.再生粗集料的砂浆附着率对混凝土强度的影响变化不大,而对混凝土的塌落度、碳化深度和电通量影响比较显著.
In order to investigate the influence of surface mortar strength and adhesive rate around coarse aggregate on recycled aggregate concrete, different strength class concretes were produced with surface mortar strength and adhesive rate changing, to produce C50. The workability, strength, and durability of the concrete C50 were studied. The results show that the basic properties of recycled coarse aggregate was largely affected by mortar adhesive ratio, and mortar adhesive rate changing largely affected workability, carbonation depth and electric flux, while strength was nearly kept the same.
