胶粘剂在天文望远镜研究制造中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了首次对2.16米反光望远镜副镜作零膨胀无应力胶接,用改性环氧树脂胶,对30厘米红外球载望远镜的主镜、副镜、平面镜、薄铟钢片等进行胶接,用EA-9410,EA-9330室温固化环氧树脂胶,对13.7米毫米波射电望远镜背架作高强度胶接等实例。同时,对胶粘剂在光学冷加工中的应用作了介绍。 This is the first time to successfully make a zeroexpansion, no stress adhereing work of the secondary mirror of a 2.16m optical telescope. The prime mirror, secondary mirror, plane mirror and piece of non-expansion steel for 30cm balloon borne infrared telescope are dhered with modified epoxy adhereing. We use the EA-9410 and EA-9430 epoxy araedite curing of room temperature to adhere the back support of 13.7m millimeter radio telescope.The simulated tests preventing subside tapered of middle hole for large mirror and the fabricate of tilte hole for large optical mirror are sucessful.
