摘要
以近3年重庆中高职农业人才培养机构状况,中高职涉农院校的专业设置、师资及设施设备情况,以及招生就业情况等的综合统计数据为依据,剖析重庆中高职农业职业教育的发展状况。另外,对当前重庆重点农业产业企业进行调查研究,分析重庆现代农业产业现有人才队伍结构,测算出"十二五"期间重庆重点农业产业对农业职业人才的需求情况,并根据农业职业人才培养现状预测出"十二五"期间重庆中高职院校可培养的涉农专业人才数,最终测算出"十二五"末重庆中高职涉农专业人才还存在36.74万人的人才缺口。为解决人才缺口这一问题,提出了4点建议。
This paper analyzed the current development situation of Chongqing agriculture vocational education clearly, by the comprehensive statistics and analyses of agriculture vocational college status, specialties building, persons qualified to teach, installations＇ status, and enrollment institutions of Chongqing agriculture vocational colleges. In addition, we investigated and studied the current Chongqing key agricultural industry enterprises, analyzed the current personnel structure of Chongqing modern agriculture industry, and calculated the agricultural specialties talent demand of the ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ period for the development of Chongqing agricultural industry. And then, according to the number of agriculture occupation personnel, the agricultural specialties graduates of Chongqing vo- cational colleges in the ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ period were predicted. And finally we calculated that 367400 agricultural talents would be needed at the end of ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ period. In order to solve this problem, this research also puts forward a series of opinions and suggestions.
