摘要
非智力因素在学生和其他活动中起着内在动力和保驾护航的作用,是学生的学习活动不可或缺的重要因素。素质教育的中心应该放在对广大差生非智力因素的培养上。针对培养差生的非智力因素,从动机、兴趣、意志、注意力、性格5个方面提出了"培养"的策略。
Non-intelligence factors play an important role in students' study which is the internal moti- vation and convoy in other activities. Therefore, the quality-oriented education should focus on the cul- tivation of non-intelligence factors of the inferior students. This article is my experiences base on obser- vations, experiments and researches. Aiming at the cultivation of inferior students' non-intelligence factors, this paper puts forward the strategies about of "training" and related issues which contains five aspects of motivation, interest, attention and personality.
