舒适护理对隐匿阴茎手术患儿的影响

Effect of comfort care for children of concealed penis surgery

目的探讨舒适护理对隐匿阴茎手术患儿心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度、疼痛评分和出院满意度方面的影响。方法选择2012年4月—2013年3月昆明市儿童医院泌尿外科收治的121例隐匿阴茎手术患儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组61例和观察组60例。对照组患儿采取泌尿外科常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上予以舒适护理,比较2组患儿术后24 h的心率(HR)、呼吸(R)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化、住院期间的疼痛评分高低、出院后患儿及家长的满意度调查结果。2组间的比较采用统计学方法 t检验。结果观察组心率(95.00±9.89)次/min、呼吸(23.00±2.85)次/min、疼痛评分(3.50±0.84)均较对照组(98.00±10.02)次/min、(26.00±3.47)次/min、(4.20±0.95)低,血氧饱和度(97.00±0.74)%和出院满意度(97.00±1.23)%分别较对照组(94.00±0.88)%、(92.00±2.34)%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对隐匿阴茎手术患儿施予舒适护理,可以减轻患儿疼痛,促进患儿康复,提高患儿及家长的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort care for concealed penis surgery children on heart rate, respiration, blood oxygen saturation,pain score and hospital satisfaction. Methods 121 cases of concealed penis children from April 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were treated in the department of urology as the research subjects. All the patients were randomly divided into control group of 61 cases and observation group of 60 cases. The control group was taken con- ventional nursing, and the observation group was taken to comfort care on the basis of routine nursing. Heart rate, respira- tion, blood oxygen saturation after 24-hour of operation, pain score changes during hospitalization and satisfaction survey results with children and their parents after discharge were compared with using t-test statistical methods. Results In ob- servation group, heart rate （ 95. O0 _± 9.89 ） BPM, respiration （23. O0 ±2.85 ） BPM and pain score （ 3.50 ± O. 84） were low- er than those in control group （98. O0 ± 10.02 ） bpm, （ 26.00 ± 3.47 ） bpm, （ 4.20 ± 0.95 ） respectively. Blood oxygen saturation （ 97. O0 ± 0.74 ） % and hospital satisfaction （ 97.00 ± 1.23 ） were higher than those in control group （ 94.00 ± 0.88 ） % , （92.00 ± 2.34 ） respectively, there were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Applying of comfort care in concealed penis surgery can reduce pain and promote rehabilitation of children and improve the satisfaction rate of children and their parents.
