摘要
对空气处理机组及空调系统的技术现状及存在问题进行分析,提出改进建议:紧凑设计、空调迎面风速高、进出接管顶部集中设计、采用扁管换热器、采用大温差小流量送水送风等。上述措施能够较好地解决传统产品的占地面积大、运行能耗及制造成本高等问题,提升产品的使用价值及社会效益。
After analyzing the technology status and existing issues of air handling unit (AHU) and air-conditioning system, suggestions for improvement are proposed as follow- ing:more compact design, higher air face velocity,top centralized design for inlet and outlet pipes, using flat tube heat exchanger, enlarging temperature difference with lower water and air supply flow rate, etc. The measures mentioned above can efficiently solve the issues of traditional products such as large area occupation, high operation energy consumption and manufacturing cost,which further improves the product's utilizing values and social benefits.
