摘要
本文介绍了中渔集团收购秘鲁国内第二大鱼粉生产企业科佩恩卡公司的案例。在渔业资源紧张和经济全球化的背景下,渔业企业跨国收购兼并的事件屡见不鲜。尽管通过并购重组可以快速扩大企业经营规模,完善产业链,为企业提供更加广阔的战略发展平台,但是整合与重组是一个非常复杂的过程,在运作中需要充分考虑各种因素,熟练运用规则,借鉴成功企业案例,逐步推进。
This article described the case that China Fishery Group acquired the second largest Peruvian fishmeal producer. In the context of the constraining fisheries resource and economic globalization,the crossborder mergers and acquisitions of fishing enterprises are frequent. The merger reorganization can quickly expand business scale,improve the industrial chain,providing a broader strategic development platform,but the integration and restructuring is a very complex process,we need fully consider various factors and skillfully use rules by learning from successful business case.
