摘要 辐射引起的活性氧类物质堆积容易引起肺组织的氧化应激状态。氧化应激在放射性肺损伤的启动、炎性反应及纤维化发展的过程中发挥重要作用。表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯等天然抗氧化活性物质能够通过清除氧自由基、激活内源性抗氧化信号通路转录因子红细胞系2相关因子2-抗氧化应激反应元件途径,诱导增加抗氧化物酶表达、抑制氧自由基生成相关的信号通路和酶系、调节免疫功能等发挥抗炎抗纤维化作用,为放射性肺损伤的防治提供了新途径。 Exogenous and endogenous ROS( reactive oxygen species)resulted from radiation inclines to lead to oxidative stress in lung tissue. Oxidative stress participates and plays important roles in the start, inflammatory reaction and fibrosis development of irradiation induced pulmonary injury. Natural anti-oxidant compounds such as epigallocatechin-3-gallate which have powerful activity to scavenge oxygen free radicals, activate related signal pathway, such as NrF2-ARE signal pathway to enhance anti-oxidant enzymes' expres- sion, can inhibit the oxygen free radicals generation related signal pathways and enzymes, regulate immune function to play the anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic roles, thus provide a new path for the prevention and therapy of irradiation induced pulmonary injury.
