快速而准确地诊断和评价预后对降低急性心肌梗死(AMI)的病死率至关重要。微RNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的非编码RNA,调控着信使RNA的翻译。它们大量存在于外周循环中,性质稳定,易于测量。大量的研究发现,心源性miRNA在AMI发病过程中发挥重要作用。该文就目前关于miRNA和AMI诊断的相关研究进行概括,为研究者在miRNA和AMI诊断方面的研究提供帮助。

Rapid and accurate diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） and the assessment of diagnosis are critical for decreasing the mortality of AMI. MicroRNAs （miRNA） are highly conserved, non- coding RNAs that regulate the translation of mRNA. They are abundant, easily measured, and relatively stable in blood stream. Numerous researches have demonstrated that cardiogenic miRNA are involved in pathological progress of AMI and play pivotal roles in the development of AMI. Here is to make a review of the present researches about miRNAs and AMI diagnosis, to provide assistance to the researchers in studying miRNA in AMI.
