表观遗传学与非酒精性脂肪肝病的研究进展

摘要 非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是一种全球常见的慢性肝脏性疾病之一,其发病率逐年增多,但发病机制尚未完全阐明。表观遗传学作为近年较为热门的研究,与NAFLD的发生、发展及治疗存在密切联系。研究表明,表观遗传学广泛调控脂肪细胞合成与分化、脂肪代谢与转运、胰岛素抵抗、炎性因子等多方面。该文主要从目前研究较为热门的DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和miRNAs调控三个方面与NAFLD发病机制的研究进展进行阐述。 Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD ) is one of the chronic liver disease in the world, and its incidence is increasing year by year. The pathogenesis remains unclear. Epigeneties, a popular research in recent years, is closely associated with the occurrence of the development and treat- ment of NAFLD. Research shows that epigenetic extensively regulates adipocyte differentiation and synthesis, metabolism and transport of fat, insulin resistance, inflammation factor and so on. Here is to make a review of the studies on the pathogenesis of NAFLD and three aspects of the DNA methylation, histone modifications and miRNAs.
