骨与软组织肿瘤保肢治疗的研究进展

The Research Progress of Limb-salvage Treatment for Malignant Bone and Soft Tissue Tumors

人类骨与软组织恶性肿瘤的发生率较低,但在骨科领域占有非常重要的地位,对其治疗一直是骨科的一个难题。随着医学的发展,对其治疗方法不断改进,但患者的存活率并没有显著提高。目前多以手术、放射治疗、化学治疗、介入栓塞治疗、光动治疗、基因治疗及分子靶向治疗的综合治疗来保存患肢,提高患者的生存质量。该文对近几年来骨与软组织恶性肿瘤保肢治疗的研究进展予以综述。

The incidence of human bone and soft tissue malignant tumor is low, though it has an very important position in the field of orthopedics,since the treatment has always been a problem in orthopedics. With the development of medicine, the treatment methods are continuously improving, but there is no obvious improvement of the survival rate. At present, comprehensive treatment including surgery, radiotherapy, chemo- therapy, interventional embolization therapy, photodynamic therapy, gene therapy and molecular target therapy is the main method to save the limb and improve the quality of the survival. Here is to make a review of the research progress of bone and soft tissue malignant tumor limb salvage treatment in recent years.
