恶性胶质瘤是神经系统常见的肿瘤,起源于神经胶质细胞,无包膜,呈浸润样生长,与周围组织分界不清,主要临床表现为颅内压增高症状以及局限性神经损害症状,单纯手术治疗易复发,晚期常死于脑疝。临床治疗常采用综合治疗措施,如手术+放化疗、手术+中医药治疗等。近年来胶质瘤的治疗出现了一些新方法,该文就国内外临床各项治疗技术的研究进展进行综述。
