摘要
目的研究洛伐他汀壳聚糖海藻酸盐缓释微球联合洛伐他汀全身用药对股骨头坏死的治疗效果。方法将造模后经X线筛选确诊为股骨头坏死的40只新西兰大白兔中的36只采用数字表法随机分为股骨头坏死模型(A)组、单独给予洛伐他汀全身用药(B)组、洛伐他汀壳聚糖海藻酸盐缓释微球联合洛伐他汀全身用药(C)组、髓内钻孔减压治疗(D)组,另外再取6只新西兰正常大白兔作为正常对照(E)组;检测五组的血脂水平及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPAR-γ)、骨形态发生蛋白质2(BMP-2)的mRNA水平。结果 A组和D组的三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、PPAR-γ水平高于E组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、BMP-2水平低于E组(P<0.05);B组和C组的TG、胆固醇、LDL、PPAR-γ水平低于A组和D组,HDL、BMP-2水平高于A组和D组(P<0.05);C组的TG、胆固醇、LDL、PPAR-γ水平低于B组,HDL、BMP-2水平高于B组(P<0.05)。结论洛伐他汀壳聚糖海藻酸盐缓释微球联合洛伐他汀全身用药能够更为有效的改善实验兔血脂代谢和股骨头局部状况,具有积极的临床价值。
ObjectiveTo study the effects of lovastatin chitosan alginatemicrospheres combined with lovastatin in treating necrosis of femoral head.MethodsThirty-six New Zealand white rabbits selected by X-ray after model setting were randomly divided into femoral head necrosis group A,lovastatin treatment group B,lovastatin chitosan alginatemicrospheres combined with lovastatin group C,intramedullary decompression treatment group D;another six normal white rabbits were selected as normal control group E.Blood lipids,mRNA content of PPAR-γ,BMP-2 of the five groups were detected.ResultsGroup A and group D TG,TC,LDL,PPAR-γ level were higher than group E,HDL,BMP-2 level were lower than group E(P〈0.05);group B,group C TG,TC,LDL,PPAR-γ level were lower than group A and group D,HDL,BMP-2 levels were higher than group A and group D(P〈0.05);group C TG,TC,LDL,PPAR-γ level were lower than group B,HDL,BMP-2 levels were higher than group B(P〈0.05).ConclusionLovastatin chitosan alginatemicrospheres combined with lovastatin have positive clinical value for it can effectively improve blood lipid metabolism and femoral head state of the rabbits.
