细胞辅助自体脂肪移植术治疗先天性乳房发育不良的临床研究

Clinical Study of Cell Helper Autologous Fat Transplantation in the Treatment of Congenital Breast Dysplasia

目的研究细胞辅助自体脂肪移植术治疗先天性乳房发育不良的临床研究。方法选取2005年1月至2013年3月柳州市中西医结合医院收治的40例先天性乳房发育不良的患者,应用细胞辅助的自体脂肪填充术,观察患者对手术的满意度以及随访1年后的并发症情况。结果 40例患者经治疗后,非常满意29例,满意11例,无感觉一般及不满意的患者,总满意率为100.00%。随访一年患者均表示乳房形态良好,柔软弹性,手感自然。未出现脂肪液化、硬性结节、微钙化、纤维囊形成等并发症。结论应用细胞辅助的自体脂肪移植术能够较好的治疗先天性乳房发育不良,患者满意度高,且并发症较少。

Objective To study the cell helper autologous fat transplantation in treatment of congenital dysplasia of breast cancer. Methods During Jan. 2005 and Jan. 2013,40 patients with congenital breast dysplasia admitted to Integrative Medicine Hospital of Liuzhou were selected, cell-assisted augmentation with autologous fat was used, the surgery satisfaction and complications after 1 year follow-up were observed. Results Among the 40 patients treated, there were 29 cases of high satisfaction, 11 cases of satisfaction,no case of general and dissatisfaction, forming an overall satisfaction rate of 100.00%. Patients were followed up for a year, and they all thought the breast was with good shape, soft and resilient, natural feel. There were no fat liquefaction ,hard nodules ,microcalcifications,fibrous capsule fomlation and other complications. Conclusion The cell-assisted autologous fat transplantation surgery can better treat congenital breast hypoplasia, with high patient satisfaction and fewer complications.
