类固醇受体辅激活因子3的促瘤作用研究

摘要 类固醇受体辅激活因子3(SRC-3)是一类与转录激活有关的蛋白辅助因子,通过与激素激活的核受体和其他一些特定的转录因子结合,参与调控机体的生长发育、能量代谢、细胞增殖、存活以及迁徙等过程。近年来,SRC-3广泛的促瘤作用更成为研究热点。SRC-3蛋白不仅与核受体相互作用,还与多种转录因子结合,通过多条信号通路促进靶基因的转录,进而调控细胞生长、促进细胞增殖,在一些激素相关和非激素相关的癌症中发挥促瘤作用。该文就SRC-3作为促癌因子与肿瘤的相关性及其促增殖途径予以综述。 Steroid receptor coactivator-3 (SRC-3) is a critical transcriptional activation factor, which intcracts with nuclear hormone receptors as well as other certain transcription factors,playing important roles in growth and development, energy metabolism, cell proliferation, survival and metastasis. Recently, the SRC-3 extensive oncogenesis roles have been widely studied. SRC-3 acts as an oncogenic factor by binding both nu~:lear receptors and other certain transcription factors, through several signaling ways, facilitates target genes transcriptions. As a result, SRC-3 can regulate multiple cellular processes, involved in the proliferation and tumorigenesis of both hormone-dependent and hormone-independent caneers. Here is to make a review of the relationship of SRC-5 as a cancer-promoting factor with cancers and its proliferation pathways.
