妊娠期乳腺癌(PABC)是一种罕见的特殊类型的乳腺癌,临床表现与一般乳腺癌相同。在妊娠期间,乳腺组织增生明显,肿瘤不易早期发现,因而常被延误诊断。空心针穿刺组织学检查和手术活检是PABC主要确诊方法。治疗上,临床医师需要考虑胎儿和母亲的双重因素选择个体化的治疗方案。PABC的预后主要与肿块大小、淋巴结转移数目、疾病分期有关,而妊娠本身不影响疾病的预后。该文就PABC的临床表现、诊断特点、治疗方法及预后情况综述如下。

Pregnancy associated breast cancer（PABC） is a rare special kind of breast cancer, with the same clinical manifestations as the common breast cancer. During pregnancy, it is difficult to diagnose at early stage since the mammary epithelial cells are actively proliferative, which often results in delayed diagnosis. Hollow needle histological examination and surgical biopsy are the main diagnostic methods. In the treatment of this disease, clinicians need to consider both of the fetus and the mother, to select individualized treatment programs. Prognosis of PABC is related to the tumor size, lymph node metastasis, staging of disease, while the pregnancy itself does not affect the prognosis of the disease.
