Analysis of the Different Views of Transcatheter Occlusion of Perimembranous Ventricular Septal Defect in Children at Home and Abroad

经导管治疗儿童膜周部室间隔缺损(PMVSD)国内与国外至今仍然存在较大的争议。比较国内外经导管治疗PMVSD的器械、适应证、临床实践的差异,分析国内与国外出现争议的主要原因在于手术相关严重并发症发生率的不同和所使用封堵器械的不同。其中造成严重并发症发生率不同的原因在于国内外学者对PMVSD的认识和对手术适应证的把握不同、对治疗性心导管技术的定位不同以及对术后随访的重视程度不同,而丰富的国产PMVSD封堵器种类,得益于早期进行的封堵器的创新和改进。

It＇s still quite controversial about transcatheter occlusion treatment of perimembrabous ventricular septal defect（PMVSD） in children both at home and abroad. Comparing the differences of instru- ments, indications and clinical practices of transcatheter occlusion treatment of PMVSD at home and abroad, it＇s analyzed that the cause of dispute lies in the differences of the incidence of complications related to the operation and the instruments. The differences of the incidence of serious complications are caused by the different comprehension about the PMVSD and the different grasp of the operative indications, different comprehension about the therapeutic cardiac catheterization and the different levels of attaching importance to the postoperative follow-up between the domestic and foreign scholars. The rich types of domestic PMVSD occluder are the benefit from the earlier innovations and improvements of the occluder.
