摘要
随着生命科学的发展,生物材料作为生命科学研究最重要的一个领域,已引起越来越多的材料科学工作者和临床医师的兴趣。碳/碳复合材料由碳组成,该材料具有生物相容性好,强度高,耐疲劳,细胞能长入,弹性模量和人体骨骼相仿,优良的影像学表现等一系列的优点。而碳作为人体的重要组成成分之一,在未来的临床应用中有广阔的前景,但其自身也存在缺点,如表面颗粒易脱落,存在生物惰性等,因此其表面改性的一系列研究仍需进一步开展,以便能更好地应用于临床。
With the development of life science, biological material is considered one of the most impor- tant fields, which has attracted more and more material scientists and clinicians interests. Carbon/carbon composite composed of carbon has characteristics of good biocompatibility, high strength, good fatigue resist- ance, cell ingrowth, close to human bone's elastic modulus, and excellent imaging performance. The carbon is one of the important components of human body, so the material has broad prospect in future clinical applica- tions. It also has its own disadvantages, such as the easy surface grain shedding, biologically inert, and a series of research in surface modification still needs to be further carried out for better clinical application.
