单纯性肥胖儿童hs-CRP、IL-6水平与胰岛素抵抗指数相关性研究 被引量:5

The Correlation of Serum IL-6,hs-CRP and Insulin Resistance in Simple Obesity Children

摘要 目的探讨不同程度的单纯性肥胖(CSO)患儿血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平、胰岛素抵抗(IR)指数及其相关性。方法选取2010年3月至2012年5月来北京儿童医院就诊的129例CSO患儿,根据体质量指数分为轻、中、重三组,选择同期来医院健康体检的41例健康儿童为健康儿童组,分别检测其血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平,并计算IR指数。结果轻度CSO组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平及IR指数与健康儿童组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);中、重度CSO组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平及IR指数显著高于健康儿童组及轻度CSO组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在中、重度CSO组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平与IR指数存在显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论中、重度CSO组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平高于正常健康儿童,且容易诱发IR,检测CSO患儿IL-6、hs-CRP水平可了解其炎性反应水平及IR发生情况。 Objective To study the hs-CPR, IL-6 levels and insulin resistance (IR) in different degrees obese children and to explore the relationship of them. Methods A total of 129 simple obese children visiting Beijing Children's Hospital from Mar. 2010 to May. 2012 were selected, and divided into 3 groups according to the body mass index (BMI), including the light obesity group, the middle rank obesity group and the heavy obesity group. 41 healthy children going to the hospital for health examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The IL-6 ,hs-CRP,were measured and IR was calculated in all the research objects. Results The IL-6,hs-CRP level and IR in light obesity group weren't found significantly different from the healthy group( P 〉 0.05 ). However the IL-6, hs-CRP level and IR in middle rank obesity group and heavy obesity group were higher than the healthy group and light obesity group (P 〈 0.01 ), and HOMA-IR were positively correlated with the IL-6, hs-CRP level in middle rank and heavy obesity groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The IL-6, hs-CRP level and IR of middle rank obese children and heavily obese children are higher than those of healthy children, awhich may easily induce IR. The inflammatory response and the IR status of simple obesity children can be known by detecting the serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP.
