无症状慢性阻塞性肺疾病的早期诊断与干预

The Studies on Early Diagnosis and Intervention of Asymptomatic Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究无症状慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)早期诊断、干预的临床意义。方法对2010年3月至2012年3月期间在宝鸡市人民医院体检中心参与体检者2688例,并对依从性相对好的10例患者应用沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗(舒利迭)观察,6个月后再次复查肺功能。结果无症状COPD检出率为4.65%,患者肺功能有改善,FEV1/FVC%治疗前平均63.0%,治疗后平均64.2%,平均较前改善1.2%,FEV1治疗前平均51.2%,治疗后平均84.3%,平均较前改善33%。结论筛检无症状潜伏的COPD患者,对所检测出的患者进行早期干预,有利于提高无症状COPD病患生活质量,延缓病情进展。

Objective To study clinical significance of early diagnosis, intervention of asymptomatic COPD. Methods Data of 2688 people from physical examination center of Baoji People＇s Hospital during Mar. 2010 and Mar. 2012 was collected. 10 patients with good compliance were treated with salmeterol and fluti- casone propionate inhalation, and the pulmonary function was re-examined six months later. Results Asymptomatic COPD detection rate was 4.65% ;after early intervention, the pulmonary functions were markedly improved. The average FEV1/FVC% before treatment was 63. 0%, and after treatment was 64.2% ; the average FEV1 before treatment was 51.2%, after treatment was 84.3%, which was a 33% improvement, Conclusion The screening of asymptomatie patients with COPD and early intervention help to improve the quality of life of asymptomatic COPD patients and delay the disease progression.
