图书馆联盟协同效应的层次结构研究——基于资源—能力观的视角

Research on the Hierarchical Structure of the Synergy in Library Consortium from Resource-Capacity Perspective

协同效应是促进图书馆联盟内部成员馆之间合作水平和亲密程度的重要因素。在对相关文献回顾的基础上,以资源—能力观理论为视角,将图书馆联盟协同效应分为三个层次:互补效应、整合效应及学习效应,并以此为基础建立图书馆联盟协同效应层次结构模型,以期为促进图书馆联盟的健康发展提供理论支持。

Synergy is considered a crucial factor to promote the cooperation and closeness among members of a library consortium. In the view of resource-capacity theory, this paper divides library consortium synergy into three levels, including complementary effect, integration effect and learning effect, after doing some research on related literatures. On that basis, a hierarchical model of library consortium synergy is established in hope of providing theoretical support for the healthy development of library consortium.
