Research on the Service Standards of Public Library Website

文章论述了制定公共图书馆网站服务标准的重要性和必要性,分析了公共图书馆网站服务标准制定的现状,提出了公共图书馆网站服务标准的制定原则,分别从网站服务内容标准、网站界面设计标准、网站服务质量标准、网站服务保障标准四个方面对公共图书馆网站服务标准应包含的内容和要求进行描述,提出推进网站服务标准化的建议。

This paper discusses the importance and necessity of formulating the service standards of the public library website. By explaining the present situation of service standards of the public library website, this paper put forward the opinion about the design principles and also describe the content and the requirement of the standardization of the public library website from four aspects： the content of the wcbsite service standards, the interface of the website design standard, the quality of the website service standard and the guarantee of the website service standards.This paper also propose recommendations to promote the standardization of web services.
