Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白4的表达与非小细胞肺癌临床生物学行为的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白4(TMPRSS4)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,探讨TMPRSS4与非小细胞肺癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用RT-PCR、荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)和Western blot检测60例非小细胞肺癌组织及相应癌旁组织和21例非肿瘤性肺组织中TMPRSS4 mRNA和蛋白的表达,分析其与非小细胞肺癌临床生物学行为的关系。结果 RT-PCR和FQ-PCR结果均显示肺癌组织TMPRSS4 mRNA表达量均高于癌旁组织(7.28±2.15 vs 1.94±0.36,1.83±0.24 vs 0.74±0.17;P<0.01);Western blot结果显示肺癌组织TMPRSS4蛋白表达高于癌旁组织(2.03±0.75 vs 0.46±0.18,P<0.01),且非肿瘤性肺组织无TMPRSS4表达。肺癌组织TMPRSS4蛋白阳性表达率[81.7%(49/60)]显著高于癌旁组织[63.3%(38/60)](P<0.01)。肺癌TMPRSS4表达与肿瘤类型、肿瘤恶性分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 TMPRSS4与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关。
