阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者自动滴定与人工滴定的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者自动滴定与人工滴定所确定的治疗压力及其有效性指标的差异。方法收集40例经多导睡眠图确诊的OSAHS患者,序贯进行人工滴定及自动滴定,通过配对t检验比较人工滴定与自动压力滴定所确定的治疗压力及治疗效率的差异。结果自动滴定后呼吸紊乱指数、平均血氧饱和度与人工滴定比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但最低血氧饱和度较人工滴定提高2.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自动滴定95%治疗压力比人工滴定最佳压力平均高1.87 cmH2O(P<0.01);自动滴定平均压力与人工滴定最佳压力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自动滴定的平均压力较95%时间压力更接近人工滴定最佳压力,自动滴定的平均压力可以作为患者持续气道正压通气的治疗压力。
