沙钢高炉常用炉料冶金性能的分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对沙钢高炉几种常用的炉料进行低温还原粉化、还原性以及荷重软化熔融滴落性能试验,分析了不同炉料的冶金性能。结果表明:高碱度烧结矿低温还原粉化性能较差,还原性较好,软化开始温度较高,熔融区间较宽;球团矿低温还原粉化性能较好,还原性较差;块矿低温还原粉化性能处在烧结矿和球团矿之间,还原性能波动较大,软化开始温度较低。通过对沙钢不同炉料冶金性能的分析,为优化高炉炉料结构,提高高炉精料水平,促进高炉节能降耗提供了理论依据。 Metallurgical properties of different blast furnace burden materials were measured in terms of RDI (low temperature reduction degradation index), RI (reducibility index), as well as refractoriness under load and droplet burden of ores normally used for blast furnaces in Shasteel company. The results showed that the high basicity sinter had the lowest RDI value and highest T-10%(softening-start temperature), best reducibility and widest ATsd (melting zone), and the index of RDI, RI was on the contrary for pellet, also the lump had a lowest T-10% and unstable reducibility. The analysis on the different metallurgical properties of ores used in blast furnaces of Shasteel provided the theoretical basis for optimization of burden structure and the improvement of beneficiated ore quality, aiming at energy saving and cost down in blast furnace operation.
