This article expounds the necessity of the introduction of ISO9000 quality system to the libraries of higher vocational construction of th colleges and the connotation and application of the eight quality management principles in the e library digitalization. The results of ISO9000 system introduced to university librries and the efficiency improvement are also discussed in this article
