Analysis of the collection and management of campus informal serials in university library

文章从文献收藏角度出发,对校内连续出版物以及高校图书馆进行了定性的客观因素剖析,探讨了收藏原则和宏观措施,从双向角度解读其收藏实践的意义。分析表明,校内连续出版物具有连续性、规范化和丰富的内容,适合作为文献收藏中心的图书馆收藏;在收藏规范化和可持续性原则的指导下,通过纵向和横向实施收藏方案,逐步实现文献的数字化。此举可以推动图书馆特色文献建设,促进校内连续出版物的发展,实现校园文化的传承。

Starting from the perspective characteristics of university library and campus of collection, this article makes a qualitative analysis of the informal serials and probes into the principles of collection and macro measures of collection, which prove both the feasibility and two-way significance of the collection of campus informal serials by university library. Based on collection principles suggested, this article discusses the possible application methods of collection and the realization of digitization so as to propel the culture construction of featured literature, and to promote the development of campus informal serials and the inheritance of college cultures.
