基于文献计量的国内学科馆员制度研究现状分析

The present situation of the study of subject librarian system based on the Biblio-metrics in China

为了更新、更全面地了解国内学科馆员制度的研究状况,文章对国内学科馆员制度研究文献进行了计量统计,从年代分布、文献作者、期刊来源进行分析,并采用内容分析方法对研究文献中有关学科馆员的角色定位及其工作内容、服务对象和服务模式、技术应用、队伍建设、服务绩效考核等专题内容进行概述。在此基础上,归纳了国内关于学科馆员制度研究的特点和存在的不足,并对将来的研究提出了一些个人意见和建议,以供参考。

In order subject librarian system, China from chronological contents, objects served to upgrade and comprehensively understand the present situation of the research on the this article surveys and analyss the research documents on the subject librarian system in distribution, authors of the documents selected, the roles of subject librarians, work , service modes, technology employed, team building, and assessment system, etc.. Some tentative viewpoints about the characteristics and deficiencies of the subject librarian system are also presented in this article so as to provide some references for the fellows.
