摘要
利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,在破甲战斗部装药结构相同的条件下,改变壳体厚度,对金属射流的成型过程进行对比分析;研究表明:壳体厚度对射流的速度、动能均有所影响;合理选择壳体厚度,有助于提高射流稳定性及其侵彻性能。
Changing the thickness of shell under the same conditions of shaped charge warhead structure, the formation process of metal jet was analyzed by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis soft- ware. Researching shows that the velocity of jet and kinetic energy will be affected by the thickness of shell. Selecting the thickness of shell in reason is help to improve the stability and penetration performance of metal jet.
