摘要
基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言,采用ICP加速度传感器、NI数据采集卡、CompactDAQ机箱和PC计算机,实现了对再制造发动机磨合过程振动信号的实时监测与采集。实际应用表明:系统稳定可靠,采集到的信号可用于进一步分析和处理,具有良好的实用性。
Based on LabVIEW graphical programming language, this paper achieved the real-time monito- ring and acquisition of vibration signal of remanufactured engine running-in process with ICP accelerome- ter, NI data acquisition card, CompactDAQ cases and PC computers. The practical application shows that the system is stable and reliable, and signal can be collected for further analysis which has a good usability.
