加强筋在塑胶产品中的应用非常广泛,加强筋可以在不增加塑胶壁厚的情况下提高产品的刚性和强度,本文阐明了加强筋的基本设计要点,并通过实例对加强筋的设计进行归纳总结,实现了为塑胶件的性能提升提供理论基础,降低开模过程中次品、废品产生率的目的。

Rib is very extensive in the application of plastic products. Rib can boost the rigid and stiffness of the product without any increase in plastic wall thickness. This paper introduces the formulated to rib the basic design of the key points, through examples. It summarizes the design of the rib which provides theoretical basis for performance improvement for plastic products and reduces the defects in the process of open mould.
